Hotel Bracciotti - Lido di Camaiore

Spotlessly clean hotel, huge terrace, friendly and helpful staff, infinity pool with fine view, abundant breakfast, excellent value for money.

Nothing it is perfect.

That was welcoming hotel, the staff was great! 5 min max walk from the beach and we got good deals for the beach with Bagno Venezia because we were customer of Bracciotti. Breakfast was complete and always fresh. The hotel consist in 2 buildings and apparently they take care to separate families and adult without child which is great, access to 2 roof pools with exceptionnal view on the mountains and the beach. Holiday to remember.

Modest breakfast. Traffic from the street disturbing in the evenings and night time. Would recommend to book a room with balcony towards the sea. On the seaside rooms noise from the street not so disturbing.

The hotel has a great location, parallel to the sandy beach at Bagni Venezia, making it very convenient for those who want to spend their days by the sea. The rooms with balconies offer fantastic terrace views, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are very kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a nice selection of pastries, bread, and hot and cold options.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and we had no complaints whatsoever.

The only good thing with this hotel was the excellent wiew on the ocean.

The personal was lying to us about the air condition. They said it worked but it didn´T. It was almost 30 degrees in the room and we had our dog with us so he couldn´t stay in that room. When we talked to them about the problem with the air condition they were very rude and they made fun of us like we were idiots or something. We would stay in this hotel for 5 nights but of course we left the hotel immediately! The most fun with their defense was that they all the time blamed on the air near the mediterranean sea and they said it was impossible to have a degree under 25!

Great location close to the beach and convenient access to local restaurants. The hotel offered a lovely rooftop pool with stunning ocean views, ideal for a romantic escape. The breakfast was delightful with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel lacked basic amenities, such as a binder with relevant hotel information and mold was present in the bathroom. The staff was not always helpful, and we encountered some language barriers during our stay.

Front desk staff do not welcome guests with a smile, what we understood to be complimentary bottle water in room was then charged. Front desk did not handle complaint to guest satisfaction

Big noise coming from the street all over the day and night. Personell is not very friendly ... however I think it's applicable to the whole area, not just to that particular hotel.

Everything was fine during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the prime location very close to the beach and the big terrace with a nice view of the sea. The staff were really friendly and were really good too make me feel welcome. The parking and transportation facilities were very convenient. the hotel had great cleanliness standards, including daily room cleaning.

Nothing that I didn't like.

All was well - nothing to complain about.

We had a lovely time during our romantic getaway. the rooftop pool with an amazing view was definitely one of the best aspects of our stay. the ladies at the front desk were very friendly, kind, and helpful, which made our stay even more extraordinary.

We booked for four adults, but the room only had a kind of sofa bed and a foldable extra bed, which were highly uncomfortable.

Some guests complained about the management's attitude, poor maintenance of the bathroom, and the difficulty in communication with some of the staff.
